On behalf of the Diocese, I wanted to thank each of you for registering and attending the first Horizons of Hope session.
We have received a lot of positive feedback from registrants. We have also heard your concerns and unanswered questions.
We invite all of you to continue with us on the path of learning and reflecting through the issues pertaining to physician-assisted suicide, end-of-life issues, and palliative care.
As we continue our 4-module process, keeping in mind the limited amount of time we have together, the Diocese is exploring ways to ensure all of the questions asked will be responded to, either by the panelists or by way of a Q & A resource.
In case you would like to review the videos from session 1 again, and/or are were unable to attend, please find here the (link) to video and material we covered during Module 1 – “Understanding the Experience of Dying and Death”:

A kind reminder that Module 2 – “Discerning and Making Decisions at the End of Life” will be this Monday, January 16 at 7:00 PM, but please arrive by 6:45 pm.
